Before you even arrive to our office, you will fill out a health intake form. This is a way to get to know you and your needs before you even arrive to your session. During your consultation, I will ask pertinent questions regarding your health intake form and establish your areas of focus. Please remember that it is important to state all health concerns and medications so that I can adapt your session to your needs and cause no harm.

Do I have to get completely undressed? What should I wear for a massage?
Massage is best received complete undressed, but you may undress to your comfort level. I will leave the room so that you may undress and lay on the table underneath the top sheet and blanket. Throughout your session your sheet will always be draped appropriately and securely.
I would always suggest wearing comfortable clothing to your session or if you are coming from work bring comfortable clothing to change into.
